How long does it take to get a title loan?

About 2 hours. We would suggest you start your application soon as this may increase based on the time of the day.  

What is the interest rate?

We have a monthly interest rate which is the industry norm. On title loans our interest rate is 7.5% on loans above $5K and 8% on loans below $5K. A lot of people simply want us to figure out their payments so just ask the loan officer this after you fill out the application.  

How long do I have to pay back the title loan?

We do the paperwork for 2-3 years to give you a lot of time to pay it off and make lower payments.

I wanted a short term loan. Is this different?

Sure, the interest rate is charged monthly and compounded daily so you can pay it off any time without a prepayment penalty.   

What documents are needed?

• Copy of your drivers license
• Original Title (if you have it)
• Insurance
• References
• Proof of residence (verify where you live)
• Proof that you have some income of at least $1500 a month 

Do I need to be employed?

No but we need to know you bring in at least $1500 a month and if you do not you will need a co-signer.  

I was rejected by my bank because of my credit. IS this going to be an issue with you?

Nope. Your credit is checked just to make sure you are not not active bankruptcy.  

My car has another loan on it. What do I do now?

If it is a car title loan we can pay it off and build a new one at our lower rate. If it is a regular loan than we can close it up if it has a few remaining payments. 

My mortgage (or rent) is late. Is this a problem?

You do not have to worry if your rent or mortgage or even your utilities is behind right now.

Do I have to have a checking account at the bank?

We ask that only self employed people have a checking account.  

How does my car title get changed at the DMV?

We do all the DMV work you.
